Project Introduction

 

2. Basic Product Features

 

The vehicle is a self-propelled vehicle mainly composed of a chassis system, hydraulic system, pneumatic system, electrical control system, hopper system, hopper screen, conveying system (transverse conveyor, longitudinal conveyor, rotatable and pitchable discharge conveyor), and a powerful suction tank and pipeline system. The powerful superstructure gives the vehicle the following features:

 

2.1 The chassis is a well-known brand Shaanxi Automobile Group SX5329TXJMU464, equipped with a Weichai WP10H400E62 National VI B emission standard engine with a power of 400 horsepower; the vehicle can be registered and exempt from purchase tax; it is a mining-specific chassis, with added cold-region operation configurations and low-temperature maintenance-free batteries, among other special features.

 

2.2 The upper part of the packing truck's hopper is equipped with symmetrically installed 3.0cm×3.0cm aperture heavy-duty screens in a V-shape. These screens are hydraulically operable and open 90° with steel mesh to screen the loaded packing material, ensuring the output packing particle size is less than 3cm. The screening device's angle is adjusted via a hydraulic system; excessively large particles are flipped off by the screen's hydraulic cylinders and fall to the ground, filtering out large particles and automatically cleaning them, ensuring screening efficiency.

 

2.3 The hopper body adopts a high-quality, high-strength carbon steel integrally welded symmetrical triangular support frame and a V-shaped hopper structure design. The hopper interior is welded with transverse reinforcing ribs and longitudinal pressure-reducing beams. The overall structure ensures the hopper body's robustness and reliability, preventing deformation due to material compression. This structure has been tested by domestic and international open-pit mine customers; the overall structure of the hopper body is robust, and no structural deformation has occurred in the past three years.

 

The V-shaped hopper structure facilitates material unloading, with an effective volume of 15m³. The pressure-reducing beam is adjustable in height to accommodate different particle sizes of crushed stone. A steel protective frame for the cab is located at the front of the hopper to prevent stones from falling onto the cab roof. A hydraulically openable steel screening device (90-degree screen) is installed at the top of the hopper to prevent large stones from getting stuck. Vibrators are symmetrically arranged on the left and right sides of the hopper walls to prevent material accumulation and blockage.

 

2.4 The system features a switchable left front/left/right rear conveyor unloading function. The conveyors utilize a linear planetary gearbox to drive a high-torque hydraulic motor for efficient stone transport. A pneumatic friction plate clutch ensures that the front and rear unloading functions do not interfere with each other, allowing for automatic switching via clutch engagement. It features two discharge modes: a front-extending conveyor for side discharge and a rear-end swing-telescopic conveyor for discharge. The rear aluminum alloy suspension conveyor is lightweight and durable, capable of rotating 195° left and right, and extending 500mm. The telescopic function allows for small-range adjustment of the discharge point, with a filling radius ranging from 4.5 to 5 meters. The telescopic conveyor facilitates easy orifice placement and discharge for the packing material.

 

The system employs a front-side and rear-end swing-telescopic dual-side conveyor structure, both enabling front-side discharge. The left front hydraulic telescopic conveyor facilitates left front-side discharge; the rear-end conveyor, capable of rotating 195° left and right, swinging left and right, extending, and tilting, facilitates left and right-side discharge from the rear of the vehicle. Multiple discharge methods offer flexible selection, facilitating operations in controlled areas. Visual operation and wireless remote control enable quick and easy orifice placement and alignment during side-side discharge. The packing truck has a maximum discharge capacity of 1500 kg/min, which is 10 times more efficient than manual labor and 3 to 5 times more efficient than ordinary mechanical packing.

 

2.5 The inverted V-shaped pressure-reducing beam above the belt at the bottom of the V-shaped hopper effectively prevents wear caused by excessive belt friction due to prolonged material compression. Simultaneously, a 10mm thick, three-layer reinforced, wear-resistant rubber conveyor belt, specifically designed for the mining industry, is used, ensuring durability and wear resistance, effectively reducing belt wear and extending service life.

 

2.6 An automatic control system is adopted, enabling one-button start and stop operation in automatic mode. It also features both manual and wireless remote control modes to adapt to various working conditions. One-button start/stop allows for automatic material discharge and filling of the conveyor holes. Combined with a six-channel touchscreen monitoring system, the driver in the cab can independently operate the filling operation. The vehicle is equipped with an AHD ultra-high-definition six-channel panoramic camera and an IPS high-definition touchscreen in the cab. The onboard monitoring system covers the entire vehicle, including the discharge port, hopper, filling port, front, sides, and rear.

 

2.7 Both the side discharge port and the rear swingable side discharge port have conical receiving ports, which can meet the filling operations of various diameter blast holes in open-pit mines, and can accommodate filling operations of blast holes ≥115mm. There are dual discharge ports on the left front and rear, both with hydraulic telescopic function and easy hole finding, alignment, and filling, thereby improving filling efficiency; for example, filling a 150mm diameter, 5m deep hole can be completed in only 6-30 seconds.

 

2.8 The vehicle is equipped with a work light at the stone discharge point for convenient nighttime construction.

 

2.9 The product has independent intellectual property rights: The "Open-pit Mine Blasting Hole Filling Vehicle" (CN202422451093.1) has been granted a utility model patent, and the same-named invention patent (CN202411413094.5). This product has obtained product access approval from the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology and is a 3C mandatory inspection product, which can be registered nationwide and is exempt from vehicle purchase tax.

 

★2.10 To better align with the requirements of open-pit mine blast hole filling operations both domestically and internationally, the system integrates multiple advanced technologies to achieve efficient and safe filling operations. The product has significant upgrade potential, especially in aligning with intelligent blasting and smart mining principles. The intelligent blast hole filling vehicle for open-pit mines integrates several advanced technologies to achieve efficient and safe blasting operations. These key technologies include:

 

1) Filling area positioning technology: Utilizing high-precision GPS and other positioning technologies, the intelligent filling vehicle can accurately identify and locate each blast hole area requiring filling.

 

2) Automatic hole-finding and long-distance transport technology: Through blast hole area image recognition and radar positioning technology, the intelligent filling vehicle can automatically find holes and efficiently transport the filling material to the blast hole location over long distances.

 

3) Intelligent filling technology: The intelligent filling vehicle features precise control of the filling material, automatically controlling the filling time based on hole depth, hole diameter, and the physical properties of the filling material.

 

4) Remote Management Technology: Intelligent tamping trucks are typically used in conjunction with intelligent mixing trucks and wireless intelligent detonation systems to form a complete intelligent blasting system. This enables remote management of the intelligent tamping truck, allowing for on-site control via web or APP, and the generation of production reports.

 

Ultimately, through an automated control system, the intelligent tamping truck achieves one-click tamping operation, allowing a single driver to complete the entire process, enabling remote monitoring, improving operational efficiency and cost control.

 

★2.11 Powerful Sewage Drainage System

Includes a high-flow, high-vacuum European-imported vacuum pump, a 5-cubic-meter sewage tank, tank drain valve, lifting valve, rear cover locking device, sewage pipeline, vacuum pipeline, sewage Venturi pipe fittings, and a hydraulically driven automatic hose reel device for a 20-meter sewage pipeline on the top of the tank. Equipped with a high-vacuum, high-volume imported vacuum pump and a specially treated pipeline system, it can drain accumulated water from boreholes with a diameter of 120-140mm, a water lift of 6-7m, and a vertical drop of 20m.
